Bill Taylor

With qualifications in Town and Country Planning and Housing Policy and Practice, Bill has worked extensively for national and regional providers of social housing directly and as a consultant. Specialising in development and asset management he held senior positions in several national and regional organisations. Bill conceived, formed and led the Riverside Partnership, one of the earliest and most successful of the multi- landlord development vehicles and was a founder director and later chair of Fusion21, the innovative procurement and training social enterprise. He advises clients on markets, viability and innovative systems and solutions in housing and related areas – especially linking housing with other policy areas to generate synergy. Bill is an accredited Social Accountant and Auditor and Domestic Energy Assessor and sits on the Professional Board of the School of the Built Environment at the University of Salford.
