The States of Jersey required a robust estimate of the Objectively Assessed Housing Need (OAHN) for Jersey.
What we did
The OAHN calculation was prepared with a method consistent with the current and proposed English National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and the approach set out in associated Planning Practice Guidance (PPG).
The Result
The report provided an in-depth description of the methodology and practices used by arc4 and concluded with the informed estimate of Objectively Assessed Housing Need (OAHN) for Jersey.
